The Cameroonian Community of San Antonio (CAMCOSA) proudly invites the entire San Antonio community to join us for the CAMCOSA Cultural Festival & Back-to-School 2026, taking place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the San Antonio Firefighters Banquet Hall in San Antonio, Texas.

The CAMCOSA Cultural Festival & Back-to-School is more than a celebration—it is a powerful community gathering that brings together families, children, community leaders, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds for a day of culture, education, unity, and service.

San Antonio is one of the most culturally diverse and welcoming cities in the United States. The CAMCOSA Cultural Festival contributes to that rich diversity by showcasing the beauty, traditions, and heritage of Cameroon and the broader African community.

Guests will experience an exciting celebration featuring traditional music, cultural dances, African fashion, delicious cuisine, entertainment, networking opportunities, and activities for children and families.

At the heart of this event is our annual Back-to-School Initiative.

CAMCOSA believes that every child deserves to begin the school year prepared, confident, and excited about learning. Through the generosity of our sponsors, partners, donors, and community members, we provide backpacks, school supplies, and educational resources to children and families preparing for the new academic year.

The rising cost of school supplies can place a significant financial burden on families. Our Back-to-School Initiative helps ease that burden while reminding our children that their community believes in them and supports their education and future.
